Our processing plant is strategically located in Montecristi, at Km 6½ of Via Manta -Montecristi, fifteen minutes from Eloy Alfaro International Airport and the port dock of the city of Manta, the first Western Pacific tuna port and cargo transfer.

Manta is a privileged port due to its geographic location, whose coasts combine the cold currents of Humbolt and the warm one of El Niño, which ensure the presence of different marine species. Technical equipment and qualified human resources for the development of production processes.

The raw material is stored in cold storage rooms. The storage capacity is ensured by modern and extensive structures with top technology. We have several processing rooms for our different production lines, as well as packing rooms equipped to preserve finished products under strict quality standards.

Products are frozen in blast and plate freezers and then stored in maintenance cold storages.
